EDUCATION -
Catology was created with one clear vision: to raise the quality of life for all cats by raising the standard of knowledge in the cat fancy. Education isn’t an afterthought here—it’s at the heart of who we are. From breeders refining their programs to spectators learning how to better care for their pets, Catology is where insight becomes action.
At most shows, the ring is the only classroom. At Catology, we’ve built something different—an entire weekend of focused learning led by some of the most trusted voices in the fancy. These sessions are approachable, practical, and deeply rooted in experience. If you are looking for more personalized education, sign up for the Honors Class where you will receive a private, personalized evaluation of your cat or a litter of kittens to help you shape the future of your breeding program. Whether you’re a seasoned breeder, just starting out, or a veterinary professional with an interest in pedigree cats, you’ll find knowledge here that you won’t find anywhere else.
HONORS CLASS -
The Catology Honors Class is a rare chance to elevate your breeding program with a private, personalized evaluation from two of TICA’s most respected judges, Adriana Kajon and Vickie Shields. In your session, Adriana and Vickie will provide both verbal and written feedback on structure, temperament, reproductive value, health, and breeding and show potential. You set the focus—whether you’d like overall impressions, a detailed technical review, or guidance on specific concerns. You may even bring in genetic test results and ask their help interpreting them. Evaluations are available for individual cats or entire litters, making this an invaluable resource for both current and future breeding plans.
Cats and kittens who meet the health, temperament, and standard evaluations and are determined to be breed quality will be celebrated in a graduation ceremony, receiving a rosette and a digital badge for their website. To highlight excellence, the three standout graduates will also be awarded a plaque.
